Ex-offender Workforce Development Project - Gives returning citizens access to employers that CRAM recruits.
L.E.A.D.E.R. Project: empowers individuals to enroll and complete vocational/education classes through HACC or other vocational training facilities, to be certified/licensed in a field for which the criminal background will not be a barrier to employment.
Work Based Training / On The Job Training: In partnership and collaboration with TLC Work-based training program this service empowers clients to participate in a 3 - 6 month on the job training service that pays the a stipend.
Community Service Project: Empowers individuals to give back to the community through mandated and/or stipulated hours of community service.
Pre - GED - Provide one-on-one tutoring in preparation to enter GED classes and/or take the exam.
Financial Literacy - Helps individuals become financially literate through the completion of the FDIC Moneysmart program.
Housing Assistance - helps individuals with finding stable housing through CRAM's partnerships and referral to community supportive housing facilities.
Project Mentor & Family Reunification: provide ongoing follow-up and support through an assigned mentor.
Distribution Center: Assists with required household items and care packages for basic needs upon securing initial personal / individualized residence.
Food Bank / Pantry: Provides basic need foods and household items
